nathanlr is a semi-untethered semi-jailbreak, meaning it requires an app to reapply the exploit after a reboot.
NathanLR is still basically a semi-jailbreak like Serotonin, but with a few extra perks. NathanLR offers benefits over Serotonin, including support for rootless jailbreak tweaks and the use of the TrollInstallerX kernel exploit.
This tool can semi-jailbreak A12 and later devices running iOS/iPadOS 16.5.1 to 16.6.1, 16.7 RC (20H18), and 17.0.

Here’s how to install NathanLR Jailbreak IPA with TrollStore:
- Install TrollStore on firmware between iOS 14.0 to iOS 17.0.
- Download NathanLR Jailbreak IPA for iOS and save it to iCloud.
- Share the downloaded IPA file with the TrollStore app.
- TrollStore will automatically install NathanLR Jailbreak when the file is loaded.
- Access the NathanLR Jailbreak App from the Home Screen.
NathanLR Jailbreak was released as an IPA package that can only be installed on iPhones via the TrollStore 2 IPA installer, and is used to modify restricted files on iOS 14 to 17.0. TrollStore apps cannot be installed with regular IPA sideloading tools.
